We aim to stand out and ahead of the world’s best flour producers and pasta makers, delivering only the finest ingredients, for the most discerning clients.
Quality Through Simplicity
At Pecora Nera, we know that flour-based foods can be tough on some diets. That’s why we import, distribute and make our fine fresh pastas, breads and doughs with only the finest flour from Italy. It has the lowest ash count in the world and contains no P.O.P.’s (persistent organic pollutants), which makes our products easier to digest. Our fresh pasta only includes three ingredients: flour, egg and fresh air.

Pecora Nera believes in good food for all, including our farmers and the planet. We strive to minimize our impact on the planet and create good, healthy products for our customers. Our flour contains no P.O.P’s and our eggshells are up-cycled, to help sustain healthy gardens and farms throughout Ontario.
